Terms and Conditions

Since cooking classes and tours are popular and are in great demand, to make sure that we are able to offer services fairly to all interested and to avoid unnecessary cancellations, we ask that clients pay in advance to secure their booking.

All classes and tours are reserved on a first come first served basis. Mayuko's Little Kitchen reserves the right to cancel or change any confirmed class or tour. In this case, the client will be refunded in full for the costs of the services paid.

By providing the email addresses of participants, you are giving permission to us to send review requests and emails to those email addresses.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are not able to attend your booked cooking class or tour, Mayuko's Little Kitchen requests that all cancellations be communicated via our website. Payment is fully refundable if Mayuko's Little Kitchen receives your cancellation notice at least 14 days prior to the confirmed cooking class or tour. If you cancel a cooking class or tour between 7 and 13 days before the lesson or tour, 50% of the payment is refundable. Within 6 days of the lesson or tour, payment is non-refundable.

Full payment and/or gift certificates will be forfeited in the case of a no-show on the day of a confirmed lesson or tour.

Late Arrival

We ask that all guests arrive on time, and in any case, no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. If your arrival will be delayed more than 10 minutes, we ask you to notify us by email or phone (+080 3502 2005 from within Japan).

In case we are not notified and have no way to reach you, your spaces and payment will be forfeited one hour after the start of the lesson or tour.

Responsibility

Cooking classes are hands-on and use heat and kitchen equipment. We expect all guests to exercise reasonable caution in order to minimize this risk. Mayuko's Little Kitchen cannot be held responsible for loss, injury or damage to guests or their property.
