We can fish this fish throughout Japan beneath Hokkaido and they live behind rocks in comparatively shallow sea.

Probably the most popular dish for them is "nitsuke", simmered in kind of teriyaki flavor and it goes super well with plain rice.

But today I switched to steamed, which has the lightness like spring. This is very easy steam fish using soy sauce, mirin, sake and sesame oil❤️‍🔥
