I get very excited to the aroma of (a bit) burnt soy sauce with butter. Today I stir-fried (they are boiled) the scallops to add nice golden color with butter and season with the most basic condiment in Japan; soy sauce. The put sliced onion/ leek. Of course, the flavor was amazing
